Delivery and shipping
Our products our only shipped within Europe. Please note that shipping costs will vary depending on the country you are ordering from. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
We understand the importance of timely delivery. All orders will be shipped out twice a week. We strive to ensure your orders reach you in a timely and secure manner. In the event of any delays or issues with delivery, we will do our utmost to inform you promptly and resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
In addition, we offer two free pick-up points. One in located in Brussels (+32 484 50 08 24) and the other in Antwerp (+32 471 85 00 83). The pick-up is by prior arrangement. You can get into contact with u through a phone call or whatsapp.
After placing on order on www.dosantwerp.com, you receive a tracking code through email. You can at any point in time check the status of your order by consulting the track and trace email. For the pick-up points we kindly ask you to arrange a pick-up time with us in advance.
