Pricing and payment terms.
At DŌS we believe in providing transparency and clarity when it comes to pricing and payment terms. We work with the best production companies under the best human conditions, which leads to a fair pricing of our products. Any additional charges, such as shipping and handling fees, will be specified at the checkout before you confirm your order. Prices are mentioned in euros and are inclusive of Tax.
We accept various payment methods to accommodate your preferences, including bank transfer, bancontact and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of placing your order.
Delivery and shipping
Our products our only shipped within Europe. Please note that shipping costs will vary depending on the country you are ordering from. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
We understand the importance of timely delivery. All orders will be shipped out twice a week. We strive to ensure your orders reach you in a timely and secure manner. In the event of any delays or issues with delivery, we will do our utmost to inform you promptly and resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
In addition, we offer two free pick-up points. One in located in Brussels (+32 484 50 08 24) and the other in Antwerp (+32 471 85 00 83). The pick-up is by prior arrangement.
After placing on order on www.dosantwerp.com, you receive a tracking code through email. You can at any point in time check the status of your order by consulting the track and trace email. For the pick-up points we kindly ask you to arrange a pick-up time with us in advance.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DŌS. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it. Our return policy allows returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us on hello@dos-antwerp.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it, and if it meets our return conditions, you will be eligible for a refund. Please note all items need to be returned in original, not-used condition.
General return conditions:
Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days.
Original Condition: DŌS item must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. All tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it, and if it meets our return conditions, you will be eligible for a refund.
